COPYRIGHTS

A QUICK TALK ABOUT COPYRIGHTS

The design of my crochet patterns is contemporary and cheery. I love geometry and functionalism and want to bring them into my modern crochet work. Besides the design process, the best thing in this work is sharing. I love making new patterns and sharing them with you!

My patterns are versatile; you can make almost all of them with any yarn and in a spiral or back and forth. You can resize the patterns to fit your use or even knit or weave them. I also want to share some information about the copyrights with you, what is OK and NOT OK when using my patterns.

OK

  • Making a small handmade batch of crochet works with my patterns to sell, for example, in a craft market or Etsy. Remember to mention the pattern origin, and please, set the price high enough according to your working hours.

  • Use my tag #mollamills when publishing photos of your works made with my patterns on social media. Thank you for tagging. I’m always happy to see your crochet works!

  • Want to have a Molla Mills pattern made for your use only, email me, and we can talk more about this.

  • Want to translate my patterns, email me. It would be awesome to have them translated into your language!

NOT OK

  • Copying my patterns in any possible format, re-printing the patterns, or sharing the digital patterns.

  • Manufacturing crochet works with my patterns on a large scale is a no-go. Small handmade batches are OK.

  • Selling crochet pattern DIY kits using my [Molla Mills] name and/or my patterns.

  • Hosting crochet workshops using my [Molla Mills] name and/or my patterns. If you want to host a workshop with me, contact me, and we’ll make it happen. I love traveling and teaching workshops!

Please contact me molla.mills [at] gmail.com if you notice any monkey business or misuse of my patterns, or if you have any comments or feedback.

Thank you for caring. Let’s keep up the crochet spirit together!
